Simply put, we aim to provide the best hardwood floors and service in Virginia. Our focus is on crafting exceptional flooring, getting the job done on schedule, and leaving customers satisfied. Our knowledgable and courteous staff take great pride in every floor we work on. We are locally owned and independently ran – and we are proud to serve our central Central Virgina neighbors.

Hanley Performance Floors LLCÂ (D.B.A. Performance Floors, Inc.) has roots beginning in 1993. Original owner/operator Wayne Joyce cultivated a hardwood flooring contractor company which evolved through the years to become the Hanley family owned flagship in the gym hardwood sports floor industry. Original employees and flooring specialists still enjoy their work at Performance Floors – continuing to excel in hardwood sports flooring and residential hardwood flooring.
